This interactive online learning resource is designed to help OTPs address common challenges and strengthen the overall quality of patient care. It was created in response to staff feedback, patient experience data, and evolving regulatory guidance.
What’s in the Toolkit?
The toolkit offers on-demand modules that can be used for self-paced learning or to guide team-based discussion and quality improvement efforts.
Structured across seven key topics, the toolkit supports OTP staff in improving service access, patient experience, and equitable outcomes.
