This memorandum updates the September 12, 2022 memorandum issued by the Department of Public Health entitled Admissions of Residents on Medication for Opioid Use Disorder to Long-Term Care Facilities. Changes include: Alignment to new federal guidelines, revisions to policies and procedures, and revisions to medication order practices.
