SUMMARY:OTP Staff Discussion Hour with Eileen Rush
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an open forum designed specifically for OTP staff! This session will be about transitioning clients on MOUD between correctional-setting and community-based OTPs. During the session\, presenters will review the Guidance for Coordination of Care for Patients Entering or Leaving Incarceration on Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD)\, created by the Association for Behavioral Healthcare’s OTP Committee. \nThe session will be facilitated by Eileen Rush\, MA\, LMHC\, and Tracy Desruisseaux\, M.S.\, LADC I\, CCHP. Rush is the Director of Addiction Treatment Services for the North Charles Institute for the Addictions. Desruisseaux is the Statewide Corrections MAT Director at Spectrum Health Systems. \nThis is a casual\, drop-in event where you can: \n\nChat with OTP colleagues about challenges\, wins\, and creative solutions\nDiscover helpful resources and best practices from other OTPs\nBuild new connections and strengthen our OTP community\n\nDrop-in\, join the conversation and take what’s helpful to you. Join our listserv to receive details to access the session and updates on the latest events & resources. OTP TTA Center Drop-In Sessions are designed as informal technical assistance and peer learning opportunities. As a result\, continuing education (CE) credits are not offered for participation in these sessions.
